It all started for SPYK in 1990 with a trip to New York. It was while criss-crossing the streets of “the big apple” that the then 18-year-old from Liège discovered the world of graffiti. A punchy encounter that imposed itself on him as a revelation. As soon as he returned to Belgium, he adopted the pseudonym of Spyk and took to the streets to put his signature on it.
