This is a hyper stereo 3D photo taken with my new modified camcorder rig ( stereo-base 24 cm ). To test it I took it to some open fields and took some landscape shots, you can see more results just uploaded on my photo-page.
This is about as wide as I can go with my dual Toshiba S20 Camcorder rig and still keep it portable and practical, it fits whole inside a shoulder bag, I can just turn them on and there ready to shoot.

Description here.
Stereo pair made from two exposures with the camera shifted by hand while the strobes recycled. I was told it was "too hyper" by an expert who surely knows about these things.

Oil on Canvas / 2017
Description:
This is an oil painting made when I was studying hyper-realism art. I was enticed by this photograph-standard form of art, and braced myself with the highest expectations of precision in details. The passion towards realism had spurred me to to be able to sit a whole day in front of the canvas, and remain equal patience in the three months of working on this piece.
Hyper Japan isn't strictly a food and drink festival, but Tasting Britain got the invite down due to ‘Eat-Japan' - Hyper Japan's food court and rather authentic source of Japanese food and drink. For those who don't know stuff about Hyper Japan, it's probably the UK's biggest Japanese culture festival. Three days of anime, J-Pop gigs, sake tastings, people dressed as Naruto, video gaming, martial arts demos, sushi and me and my friends (which is not actually an ‘attraction' but I'd like to think we're attractive anyway).
Hyper Japan started in 2012 and as of this year (I think), has been held at the O2 Arena in Canary Wharf. The atmosphere is vibrant, the sun is shining, the people are kawaiiiiiiiiiiiiii and Mio Sparkling Sake are a sponsor (I have not yet met a person who hasn’t enjoyed Mio). Highlights from the event included the Sake Experience (basically a whirlwind tasting tour of a number of different sakes from a number of different breweries - strong) and watching two of the guys from X Japan run through their soundcheck (the great thing about soundchecks is that it’s basically watching the band play without having to put up with the crowds). Another highlight was a SPLENDID Team Rocket cosplay (Pokemon) - lord knows how long it took them to get that right but I took a few thousand pictures (not literally) because that level of attention to detail requires some respect!
I got a lot of love for Japan, Japanese people and Japanese culture, and will most certainly come back next year if I get the chance to. I have been told that I missed an opportunity to witness ‘air conditioned trousers’ so if anything that’s a good enough reason. Well done, Hyper Japan 2015! See you at Christmas?

This is a Hyper Stereo 3D screenshot of Ulley Reservoir in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
It was was created using 2 Toshiba S20 camcorders. I took a photo with the left hand camcorder and left the image on the viewfinder. I then moved a few feet horizontally to the right and tried to take the exact same photo with the right hand camcorder, using the left reference image to line things up as best I could. Its mainly guess work and trial and error, but with a steady hand and a bit of luck you sometimes get some good stereos.
