i laid on the ground to get this shot. a man with no teeth asked me something unintelligible (probably in chinese). i said "why is it gold?" he said, semi-intelligibly "bakery". yes, that's a bokeh bakery in the back. no, that does not explain why it's gold.

I don't know, but the Montreal phone number is written: UNiversity 6-3061 and the Quebec city phone number has only 5 digits.

I don't know why they were letting so much water out of this fire hydrant, but it's not the only one--a few minutes earlier, they were doing the same thing to another hydrant a couple blocks away.
