I spotted this Tortoise and his Human Pal taking an ocean-front walk along the cliffs of Palos Verdes California. One thing about California, you will usually find something interesting or unusual, even when you're not looking for it : )

The Tortoise:

Tortoises are "cold-blooded," meaning their body temperature varies with the surrounding environment. They are also herbivores, meaning they eat plants. Tortoises are found in a variety of habitats, including deserts, forests, grasslands, and swamps.

Young female Eastern Blue bird asking her dad for more food. I just watched him feed her, and I don't know what his thinking is. Is he tired, or just ignoring her, or just wondering what kind of mess he got him self into. They sure act like humans.

Yes, I know about "how cute" and "who can resist?" We had her over a couple of times and she does know us. Even more, she seems to see us as part of her family. In fact, I believe that she regards herself as a "child" belonging to a family of humans. She made it perfectly clear that she has certain expectations in terms of participating in our social life, eating our kind of food - almost asking for equality and fair play. Now my question is, how does evolution work in this case? Did dogs evolve to bond with humans? Did humans develop affinity to dogs? Estas simples palabras, que son voluntad de Dios,

muestran que preocuparse por el hombre ya estaba en Su corazón.

Con estas simples palabras, vemos lo que hay en el corazón de Dios.

Amor, cuidado y atención, es algo que se siente.

Si eres una persona de consciencia y humanidad,

te sentirás acogido, cuidado y amado,

bendecido y lleno de felicidad.

Cuando sientas esto, ¿cómo obrarás hacia Dios?

¿Te aferrarás a Él?

¿Acaso no crecerá el amor reverencial en tu corazón?

¿Se acercará tu corazón a Él?

Así vemos cuán importante es el amor de Dios para el hombre.

Pero es incluso más importante

que el hombre pueda sentir y comprender el amor de Dios.

Heidi thinks it’s important to train your humans. Once you know how it‘s done it‘s fairly easy she says. You just need to let them know who‘s the boss and find out how to push their buttons. So if you think your human is lazy and the floors need cleaning, just pee on all your paws while in the litter box and then go tour the whole place. You’ll be surprised how fast your servants jump from their couch and start a thorough house cleaning.
