Dussehra commemorates the victory of good over evil. It is the day when Lord Rama killed the ten headed demon king Ravana. People throughout India celebrate the auspicious occasion of Dussehra in their own way. Each region has its own specialty. In several regions burning of effigy of Ravana and his subordinates takes place that symbolizes the power of goodness is above all kind of evil powers. As Lord Rama fought a battle of ten days with demon king Ravana to rescue his abducted wife, the day of his victory is called ‘Vijaya Dashmi’ which means the tenth day of victory. It is believed that it is not only the victory of Lord Rama over Ravana but it is the victory of mankind. So the day is celebrated with great religious fervor and believed that whenever evil power will try to rule humanity, God will appear to rescue His devotees.

My friend wanted a photo of the three kids holding the three kittens. . . trying to get six to cooperate at once, especially when three are young kittens, proved to be quite challenging. . . additional takes in the comments.
I think I should have had them sit on the swing together or, better yet, gone outside. . . at the very least, a narrower aperture would have helped give the depth I wanted.
One of the wonderful things about this crew is each kid is holding his or her favorite kitten. How they gravitate speaks volumes about their personalities. . .

went to visit my beautiful deer again on sunday and all the little ones!
amazingly the sun came out the the world had colours again! and although there was snow on the ground in place it wasn’t too cold!
reviewing the pics at home i had managed to catch a few of dan’s faves – so these top two are for you dan! (deer with their tongues out !)
the second shot shows them presumably drinking out of a crevice in the tree? but iv always loved the trees here as they are so ancient and massive!
the third shot shows something we found quite interesting as the deer seemed to be eating off the roads – and we guessed they were eating the salt put down to grit the roads? obviously iv seen similar in the wild, but it was interesting to see this behaviour on a managed estate

A magazine I found a number of years ago at an estate sale. It's about 95 pages, and has many articles such as; the facts of an atomic blast, surviving radiation, devastation, building shelters, living in the shelter, etc. Quite gloomy.

Step 4:
Glue together 10 circles to form a ring or open circle shape, attaching the folded flaps to one another to form the center section of the sphere.
Should be pretty self-explanatory, but feel free to ask questions.
I additionally secured the bows by adding a drop of fabric glue.
