Well, we all love to buy Nutella—hazelnut chocolate spread is one of the most popular foods in the world. But have you ever thought about making your own? The store brand variety of Nutella contains preservatives and other ingredients that you can live without. Try making it at home for a more nutritious option to recreate the same sweet flavor and reap the nutritional benefits of hazelnuts. Hazelnuts are full of vitamins E and B, plus they are a source of minerals like calcium and magnesium. You can even use a low-sugar chocolate to make it even healthier.

These are some sketches of my great nephew, great niece and two nieces from the last year. I can't believe how fast they're growing! It won't be long until they're out of the nest and embarking on their own (and I hope happy) journeys! These sketches were done with a crowquill pen and Higgins black ink and watercolor pencils.
This image may turn out to be my personal favorite from the trip.
This woman lay sleeping on a bench in the park behind The Notre Dame Cathedral. Clearly homeless, she lay there midday, while certainly hundreds of people walk around her, comment, some even laugh.
While she, in no way, can be classified as "beautiful" in normal societal terms, I found her intriguing and "beautiful" in the most artistic way.
What does she dream? Does she have goals? Does she want to rise from her plight? Or, in her eyes, is it a "plight" at all?
"Why" does she live? What is it all for? Is she sustained by the natural survivor instinct or does she sustain herself on the memories of a prior time?
As she lay there, I chose to capture a moment. She breathed out, I gently pressed the shutter on my Canon 5D once, adjusted the image, zoomed in a bit more and then captured this. She did not even stir.
She just laid there...beautiful in her own unique and artistic way.
How Did I Get Here?
How cute is this?
Great start of the Woodland Sampler from The Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery!
I made all the snowflakes the same colour as the word, so they stood out better against my light colour Aida fabric.
Is your child outdoorsy by nature and a sports fanatic too? Then packing him off to any ordinary camp just won't do. To ensure that your kids learn and draw maximum fun out of their great camp experience, it's important that you choose your child's sports camp with care. Considering the dizzying array of sports camp programs out there, finding that one right sports camp that suits your child's need and talents can be difficult. cms.campnavigator.com/2-campers-corner/557-how-to-pick-th...
Once the runway paint had dried, the bare surfaces beyond the curbs received attention.
The grass is model railroad stuff, scattered unevenly into a wet bed of brown acrylic paint, some white glue and water, plus some small bits of foamed material for model railroad trees - the only way to create an uneven and more natural simualtion of a grass field.
The curbs were painted, too, with a wet-in-wet mix of acrylic grey and white, creating a streaky, uneven surface.
The two most essential people in our lives are our parents. They are perhaps the people who play the most crucial role in our life. They remain our constant companion throughout the journey of our life, from the day we are born to the day when they take their last breath, they are always there for us and to provide us with all the love and support we need. Parents are the ones who teach us the most crucial things of life and give us the support we need to grow up to become the best version of our self.
It is true that it is impossible for the children to function without the constant support of the parents. It is also true that there is a certain age till which it becomes important for the parents to provide all kinds of support to their child. This is the reason they are also the ones who tend to take most of the decisions on behalf of their children until they are grown up and responsible for making the decisions regarding their life.

Before someone gets their knickers in a twist, my last shot was taken no closer to Switzerland than my dining room table.
If you look at the EXIF data, you'll see that it's a 25 second exposure at f/22 and ISO 100 with a Tamron 90mm macro lens.
The 'peak' is Chunk O' Wood 2.1 with an LED desk lamp upper left and and an LED flashlight to the right to illuminate the blue background. I desaturated the color out of the wood in post.
I only got the idea for the Alps while I was fiddling around with the shot on my computer.
Tarn Hows is a circular walk around a small tarn, not far to the West of the Northern end of Lake Windermere.
The path is wheelchair-friendly (although just a tad steep in a few places?) and makes for easy walking whilst soaking in the wonderful scenery. Not sure whether it's cycle-free but we didn't see any. Well worth taking half a day to explore.
Here are a couple of shots of reflections in the tarn, taken with the Canon Powershot SX50 HS.
