Usally I'm not really known for being a patriot and usually I'm also more likely to be found hiding somewhere in exotic locations - preferrably in Asia. BUT when I heard that our Bundeshous finally was renovated and got lighted by Adrian Hostettler yesterday, I decided to go an have a look. It was a pleasant half an hour freezing in the snow storm ;-)
For visitors: This is the federal building (Bundeshaus) located in Berne, Switzerland

08-10-1984, Switzerland. Sébastian Hostettler is a Swiss retired hockey player, last recently playing for the HC Franches-Montagnes in the Swiss 1. Liga (2nd tier amateur league). Hostettler played junior hockey in the EHC Biel/Bienne junior organization. Hostettler was a member of the Elite Jr. A team of the EHC Biel/Bienne. He joined the main team, playing in the Swiss 2nd tier NLB during the 2003/04 season. 2 more seasons with Biel and 3 years with La Chaux-de-Fonds followed. Hostettler was loaned to Biel during the 2008/09 season. He made 2 games for Biel, the team played in the NLA that time. The 2 only games in the Swiss top league NLA for Hostettler so far. 4 years with the HC Ajoie followed, before he moved to Martigny, joining the HC Red Ice for the 2013/14 season. Hostettler played 2 years with Red Ice and 3 seasons with the HC La Chaux-de-Fonds in the National League B. He joined the HC Franches-Montagnes of the Swiss amateur 1. Liga for the 2018/19 season and played his final 2 seasons with Franche-Montagnes. His Career-Stats: GP:916 / G:57 / A:180 / Pts:237 / PIM:861 (2000/01 – 2019/20).
