Taxes and levies are presumed to be correct and legal, but this presumption can be rebutted.

However, the landlord must notify the tenant in writing that he/she intends to terminate the lease. Therefore, if you are a tenant that is renting month-to-month, you are entitled to a 30-day written notice. Leases running year-to-year require a 60-day written notice.
