A nationwide RE/MAX report shows that home sales in July and August beat out June this year. Usually, June is the best month of the year for home sales. While sales records were spotty from city to city, RE/MAX agents found August sales up 18% overall compared to the same month of 2010. The median sales price was $189,831, a 3.6% annualized decline.
