Made this yummy treat for an appetizer before dinner tonight. Got it from my Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. Fruit salsa and cinnamon tortilla chips. All from scratch :D Yumm!

And for dinner we had chicken marsala, broccoli and rice!

I'm really getting into this cooking thing. Lots of fun, especially when you're trying something funky and new!

(p.s. I love our dishes!)

North Carolina Bicentennial Cookbook. 48 typed pages of good local recipes with the name of the person who submitted the recipe. No other information.

Just next to the Munno Para Homemaker Centre. The sides are littered with bird drippings and with vacant land at the back, it is likely to undergo extensions for future use or otherwise, it is likely to be demolished.

The home where I photographed a wedding on January 21, 2012 has this awesome kitchen. A homemaker's dream.

Amy as the Homemaker (Thank you Tony for helping out!)

Around 100 homemakers from women community groups in South Jakarta participated in the interactive screening and informative sessions of the ILO’s ‘We Have the Same Right’ Campaign, aimed to promote decent work for domestic workers. This interactive session was organized by the ILO in collaboration with Etnikom, a leading community organization in South Jakarta, on 15 March 2018.

The Banner Hardware & Image Furnishers stores have indeed seen their better days! I am convinced that the Gepps X Home HQ had pushed them to the brink of closing!

Banner Hardware (which has since changed over to Banner Mitre 10) originally traded as Barry's Hardware Plus.

October Afternoon's Modern Homemaker was a featured Kit Terrific Klub issue. We used it to make four scrapbook page layouts and we also created a pretty little chipboard scrapbook with another complete kit. This book is bound with a spiral binding done with the Cinch (We R Memory Keepers)

I just felt really domestic today. I actually got a chance to cook dinner for my boyfriend and myself. Also, I was cleaning for a good part of the day. I wish I had more time to devote to my home, but usually I'm wrapped with work and what not. Uhg, I can't wait for the day when I can stay home and not work for a while....hopefully that happens one day.
