Finishing up cards to give locally & awaking to snow showers inspired me to use my Hero Arts Enjoy the Season set. Decided to use my Kaleidacolor Blue Breeze rainbow ink pad for these beautiful snowflake images. I've seen some cards that are dry embossed after stamping, so gave that a try with a Cuttlebug folder--these dots may be a little too busy. I'm entering Barb's challenge for this month. This is another joint effort card - the elegant deer diecut is from Suzz and the snowflakes are from Betty.. I also stamped some Hero Arts snowflakes on the background.

Edit: I can't take any credit for the stitching - it was already on the paper!

I just loved this one of the girls! They are 6 years apart but the best of friends! I never had a sister myself, so I don't know what this is like...but it looks like a lot of fun. Anyway, this was the first real snow we had last year. They were so happy :) (ETA- Their 2 brothers stayed inside where it was warm and cozy!)

Years ago when the shadow stamps were new, HA had a similar snowman on their site or catalog - can't remember. Decided to make him again. MS snowflakes, SU stamp for his arms, HA shadow stamps and ink, hand drawn face. Made this card for Barb's challenge.
