Hiny Hiders — what a funny name for a door manufacturer. Very self-descriptive!
They are made by Santana Products. See www.santanaproducts.com/toilet_partitions.htm for more information.
Red Squirrel in purple heather, photographed at Neil McIntyre's new (2017) woodland hide at Rothiemurchas end of August 2017.
To protect themselves from predators, these crabs hide themselves in such holes. I sat near this one's den for quite sometime aiming my canon at the mouth of the den. Once or twice this crab came out to check if i was any danger to it. Later it got used to me being there and posed :)

Siena has a truly clever idea. If she gets into Norah's crib, I will assume that she is a baby instead of a kid playing hide and seek. It almost worked too!
Why a 'wolf hide'? Because this high seat is located in a remote calm place, maybe one kilometer from the Polish- Russian border, in the Romincka primeval forest, where the wolves often stay undisturbed for days... That is why we always find their tracks around, especially on a fresh snow. Some guests are so enthusiastic to see them that they even spend the whole night waiting to see the pack or at least to listen their howling!
more details about trips we organise:
As part of our special Somerset flickrmeet 14 of us went out at 6:30 this morning guided by the Quantock Hills AONB rangers in search of the rutting red deer. We trekked about 5 miles and found deer but no rutting. It was great fun though and I learnt a lot from the rangers.
This is a heavily cropped shot of a hind that we glimpsed before it disappeared!
A Swallow exits the front window at speed, this was a more luck than judgement capture. I had to compose the shot and wait.....!

Two sisters playing Hide and Seek (nascondino) around the obelisk in front of Santa Maria sopra Minerva in Rome. (The elephant is a famous work of Bernini.) The sister in white plays It and is counting at Home. The sister in yellow plays Out, and is trying to hide just around the corner of the base, to touch Home as soon as It starts moving.

so i hide them.
i hide it all.
Hide and seek. The famous game we used to play as a child.
For some reason this photo always reminds the cover art of Khaled Hosseini's "The Kite Runner". Apparently seems to be pretty good book according to my brother.
Do you people see the similarity? Coincidence? Childhood is universal. Lets celebrate.
