A walk with the dog was quickly abandoned when i heard this Grasshopper Warbler calling from nearby thorny scrub...my dog was very patient as i spent the next hour hiding and trying to catch him singing!

This is a bird hide in The National Nature Reserve, Newtown, Isle of Wight. I didn't get to see many birds here when I was there but I thought the little wooden hide and the small path leading up to it made for a nice image.
