Jason is delighted that 37,759 people in the Holme Valley, Colne Valley and Lindley are benefitting from the biggest income tax cut in a generation.
The amount of money people can earn before paying any income tax has risen to £9,440, and 24 million people across Britain will pay up to £600 less this year than in 2010. 3,836 people who live in his constituency will have been lifted out of income tax altogether by this Government, with 2.2 million people across the country.
This Government has also started to cap benefits at £26,000 per year, so no household can claim more than the average working family earns. Since the start of the financial crisis there has been a 20% rise in welfare payments, whilst wages have only risen by 10%. This Government has now limited benefit payment increased to 1%, as it is not fair that benefits should rise at a faster rate than public sector pay.
This Government is cutting corporation tax to show Britain is open for business and to attract business and jobs so that we can compete in the global race.
As a result of all the changes, nine out of ten working families will be almost £300 on average better off, rewarding those who want to get on in life by letting people keep more of the money they have worked hard to earn.

Photo Caption: The eye is intricately connected to photography as it allows us to capture life's moments. Life what my photo capture an old woman reading a newspaper with her grandson. The simple act represents everyday life that can be captured through photography. The eyes play a crucial role in not only capturing these moments but also in understanding and communicating the news by reading. It is imperative to cherish and care our own eyes, appreciating the gift they provide us in experiencing and sharing the world around us.

Since 2011, the owners of Helping Haven have offered me a display space to help promote travel and exploration of Second Life. I use this space for a slide show of images I have taken during my travels and a series of travel adventure books I write as a result of my explorations through Second Life.
Whenever I have a new book written and published for free online reading, I place a copy of the book at the display. When touched, the website link will open in the internet browser of your choice for free reading online.
Thank you to everyone at Helping Haven for the honour and privilege to be a part of your wonderful organization which helps to educate residents about the opportunities and abilities everyone has available to them in Second Life!
