I do not remember the name of this lady, but she was one of the nicest and helpful cast members we came across. We were at the information center in EPCOT to make Lunch reservations and when she found out we were on our Honeymoon, she got us exclusive seating to 'Illuminations' (the fireworks show) that evening. It was amazing.
