Finally got around to upgrading from silly camera phone shots (though I will miss the iPhone's geotagging capabilities).

I had originally wanted to step outside, but by the time I was able to sit down and do some snapping - it was much too dark to get some decent outside shots.

So, whilst I was playing around with some test shots, I started mucking around a bit... and well enough to make me look like a crazy mad-scientist type (or so I hope).

The dodgy lighting (or just my mug covering it) probably makes it quite a bit interesting.

Still, for a first test - I don't think the results are that bad. But then again, I'm a left-brained developer, not a fancy artsy guy :)
