Austin graduated from Japanese Elementary school two weekends back.
Highlight was not only graduating, but getting a ride to a friends house afterwards (to play video games *all.day.long*) in a HELLCAT.

You can get a better feel for the shape of the build from this angle, I guess. Again, an old creation that I just never had time to upload.
The Grumman Hellcat was the U.S. Navy's air superiority fighter during the latter stages of World War II. This one is in the Udvar-Hazy Smithsonian Museum in Chantilly, Virginia.

There are a lot of ducks and cats near the fumaroles at the northern bank of the Furnas lake, and one cat is here walking beyond the of the fence that encloses the geothermally active area.
Very happy with how this turned out. I've had this siting around for about a month, I just never felt like posting it :P

This shows the Hellcat with the canvas mantlet cover, my favorite configuration. I made it detachable, of course.
Took this shot for a school photography project where we had to make a new cover for a movie. This is for Saints and Soldiers: The Void. Had just built my hellcats when I was assigned the project so I thought why the hell not lets take some pictures of this beast.

CAF SoCal Grumman F6F Hellcat on display at the 2024 Laughlin-Bullhead Airshow. I'll admit I overcooked the sky and clouds with a bit of over exposure. I did my best to recover without any aberrations.
American Tank destroyer, added some camo to the front + sandbags, and I also made the turret a lot better.
