It’s rather cool to stand below the bridge and the tram and look up from below…and stop to think that, at certain times of year, I would be underwater from where I took this photo.
Hells Canyon Dam on the Snake River, at river mile 247.5, is located 23 miles downstream from Oxbow Dam.
Hells Gate is an abrupt narrowing of British Columbia's Fraser River, located immediately downstream of Boston Bar in the southern Fraser Canyon. The towering rock walls of the Fraser River plunge toward each other forcing the waters through a passage only 35 metres (115 ft) wide.
I ordered a vegetarian pizza on my own volition. I quite liked Flying Pie. I mean, the pizza was good, not great but I really liked the whole 80's pizzeria feel, what with arcade games and giant plastic cups of soda.
