Jill suggested I either did the following :
1.) You have done a few animal shots - how about trying one more? You can take the pic in color or black & white.
2.) How about doing something with HDR or with some processing. I know you've done some of these, but I'd like to see more - maybe something pretty wild.
Since I had already captured some birds for the last round,
I chose to process 2 pics with a HDR treatment via PIcasa,
after saturating the dynamic colors a bit via Photoshop Elements.
Hope you like the result !

The surreal HDR effect has really captured my attention lately. You'll see more of these... at least until the next cool thing catches my attention.

Another HDR. This time featuring the incredible Sundown on 15. of May.
This was the final shot (or shots) of out Photosafari that day.
Photomatix didn't get rid of the ghosting in the trees though.
More shots of that day to come...
This is the product of processing 3 images. Please let me know you feedback so I can improve my method.
Thank you.
Work with technical HDR technique (imaging high dynamic range) for a medical institution. Operating room.
An array of veggies and fish, the bamboo baskets in the background are for steaming bread buns and the black wok is for dumplings.

What I most like of Eilean Donan Castle is the way you can take great pictures from many points of view. Just moving few feet you can take a shot of the castle that's completely different from the one you took before - obviously Eilean Donan Catle just remains the same!
I used HDR technique here to enhance the beautiful sky on the background.

Was playing with HDR at Shibuya crossing... It looks like the entire city is waiting for the light to change to start moving...
HDR of a view from inside a building in Pawnee Grasslands. You can tell by the noise inside that I had to crank up the exposure in Lightroom more than I wanted to. Next time I'll have to bracket wider (this was +/- 2) or maybe take a couple extra better-exposed shots.
Canon 40D & 16-35mm f/2.8L. 16mm, f/2.8, ISO200, 1/2500, 1/8000, 1/640 sec. Just setup the camera on the tripod and took three bracketed shots: 0, +/-2. Imported photos as DNGs into Aperture, then opened all as TIFFs into Photomatix and processed into HDR. No flash was used.
My Survey of Photo class went down to Griffith Park in Los Angeles California to try out some architectural photography. It's a night class so long exposures was a must. I brought over my tripod and took advantage of it by trying out some long multiple exposures to merge to HDR in post! Photo has 3 separate exposures and merged/edited in Photoshop CS5.
Please view in black! :)
