Durdle Door on the Dorset coast. As the sun was sinking, the sky was brilliant and the rock arch face was in deep shadow, well outside the dynamic range of the camera. Hopefully this HDR result from 4 images keeps a natural feel.

Waiting for the ferry

Had a trip to Penshaw with the lads Yesterday. The conrast was very harsh , so thought i'd have a go at HDR.

Vedauwoo (pronounced: vi də vu:) is an area of rocky outcrops (1.4 billion year old Sherman Granite) located in southeastern Wyoming, United States, north of Interstate 80, between Laramie and Cheyenne. Its name, according to some, is an romanized version of the Arapaho word "bito'o'wu" meaning "earth-born".
