No harm was done in the taking of this shot except maybe a finger or two. And no we didn't turn this beautiful creature into a night light. More scanned photos from when I worked for the cruise lines around the Bahamas.
Backlighting is my worst enemy, but even my extreme hate for the crappy lighting on the mainstage couldn't stop me from loving every second of this set, because Sarah Harmer truly is a QUEEN.

My new friend is a Frog who I discovered lives in my garden, and I now have to rescue each time I cut the grass, to keep him safe from harm.

As mentioned in my first photo, I chose to zoom in on fast food as a cause of obesity, a social harm that is often undermined. This photo shows whom is effected and as you can tell there are all kinds of people shown, in the background there's a whole family with small children, a lone individual probably on a work break, teenagers having a late lunch and even a coupe of homeless men. Fast food restaurants are available for everyone and anyone, all the time. Of course, if there was no advertising or endorsement of these restaurants, not as many people would be there, but chains' like McDonalds and Burger King and anything else are promoted! Not by the government necessarily, but by people much more influential on our society-celebrities! When I was sitting there trying waiting to take this photo, I was wondering if people who dine there actually know what's going inside of their bodies. After all, in the latest olympic season and in previous ones, the athletes themselves have created commercials enjoying a McDonald's. Being an athlete myself, I know that's not allowed-especially for professionals! In a sense, I feel like it glamorizes these types of places and makes it "okay" to begin or continue an unhealthy lifestyle- a crime to every individuals body.
