I've been trying to #understand myself better over the past days and among the things I #realize to myself is that I have #mistakes I unknowing made that I was to consume of my self-importance. As always did even before, I learned the #lesson the hard way and it happens in a way that somebody made me look myself! You actually got the courage to tell me that I'm #praning or a lunatic. 😁 It had me #HALTED to actually #ponder and see things differently. That was the time when I found myself I undergo #depression state to the extent that I started it all! Over the past days, weeks and month (I guess) I've been experiencing the 9 symptoms of depression namely: headache, nausea, back and chest pains, bowel movement and hormonal imbalances just to mention a few. I've been keeping things to myself and never talk to anybody about it. I guess nobody is an island indeed coz doing so it will just go back to us, inviting negative vibes that will affect our mental and body state. It is imperative to keep a positive mood, do more happy thoughts to activate happy cells, eat proper diet and omega 3 is very important in our body and lastly do exercise regularly are the things to be done as natural treatment... This picture was taken in November 2007. Doting sister took her sister to French restaurant Au Jardin which means 'in the garden'. The restaurant occupies an elegant colonial house at the Singapore Botanic Gardens. Only 12 tables with maximum seating capacity of 45, table was booked a month ahead because there are only two or three available at the balcony. One gets a beautiful view of the surrounding lush greenery from these few tables. The sisters enjoyed foie gras among all the foliage. Awesome!

The Creation,
Pencils are the objects we use as children to conveyour feelings and learn how to write the alphabet.
We decided to distribute pencil shavingsgratis as an effort to emulate the purity and generosity that children have.
Marked as BEE COIN , our pencil shavings were distributed gratis to people whowere polite or to people who felt stressed and sad, as an effort to make themsmile… we tried to communicate the message of Bees to our fellowmen, through anartwork, which does not aim to monetary gains but to wellbeing and happiness,which, nowadays, are lost.
Despite the smiles we created, we faced negativity from some of the recipients.
However, we continue our work with positive thinking like children prefer happythoughts.
My cat disappeared, my dad has cancer, my car died, I had my identity stolen twice...but at least I am loved!

"Happy thoughts, Happy thoughts... happy thoughts".
Okay folks... I am thinknig "Happy Thoughts"! Last week was a really rough week and I am a little anxious about the upcoming week. I really hope that it is better than last week was! I found these and they made me smile.. so thought they would help me think happy thoughts... LOL
