While scouting for a photo to post, I happened upon this little bird enjoying a morning meal of Figs. He was happy… and so was I : )
Ficus carica is a species of flowering plant in the mulberry family, known as the common fig. The fruit, also called the fig, is an important crop in those areas where it is grown commercially. (Wikipedia)

My Doc told me that I need to eat more fruit in order to thrive. So, I went right out and got some Berry and Grape products… This ought to keep things on the Happy Side. Thanks, Doc : )

I must have :) i tell you what i've said: I told him that i was totally in love with his face. And he? He broke into laughs. I guess a person that age did not expect to hear a woman tell him that she was in love with him. Oh but i am!!!:)

The world is so full of a number of things,
I'm sure we should all be as happy as kings.

The smell of old books. There's a word for that, Catsbibliosmia, 😹 but seriously, it's called Bibliosmia. I love the smell of old books and Maggie loves it too.

Sometimes people carry a spark that makes the whole day brighter without even trying. A small, playful reminder that warmth often comes from each other.

I would really enjoy riding the bicycle, but I haven't been on it at all this month in Sunny Florida. On February 1st, we took my dad to the hospital with a serious fall. Today, marks the 20th day of this adventure in the hospital, and the good news is that he is well on the road to recovery and came home this morning! We are helping him to settle in and be more careful in his environment. In two weeks, he turns 97!
We are very happy to have him home, yet we are all TIRED! So, my T THOUGHTS is for bicycle TIRE but also about being TIRED! Good night!
Is childhood, then, so all divine?
Or Memory, is the glory thine,
That haloes thus the past?

They say you are what you put out into the world. This week, I want nothing more than the family and friends around me going through a difficult time this year to be happy. So, I send my happy thoughts.

... dreamy bokeh, loving arms, the happiest color combination I can imagine, playfulness, tranquility, youth and sunshine... these are some of the things I love this Thursday :)
You have done what you could — some blunders and absurdities have crept in. Forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day. You shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense.

I laughed when I saw this image I took with my new Canon 50D.
It was snowing so hard, and I was so cold, that I just couldn't keep up to the snowflakes falling on my camera's lens.
So, instead of scrapping this one, I decided to enjoy it.
I am tickled more and more by the snowglobes God added, each time I look at it.
May this image bring you a little joy of the season, too.
Photo by me, but God did the Photoshopping.

I hope you are all having a productive week! I'm trying to make the best out of mine, school is getting busy and projects are starting to pile up... it's important to stay positive and optimistic :)
so, I want a big smile from all of you today, may your day be filled with happy thoughts!
The most powerful drug for a person,is another person.
Especially if that person has the smile that makes you wanna look at it for as long as possible and it is capable of taking your breath away.

Still unseasonably warm here and flowers popping their heads up everywhere! This little crocus was at the foot of one of our big oak trees! A tiny little thing no bigger than my thumb!
Thank You!!

I hope everyone is having a great Thursday...just sending Happy Thoughts your way... =) Thank you for your visits and kind comments...
Oggi è una giornata di nuvole divertenti
e di bestie libere in campi di cemento
ghiaccio, sale
e sottili vicinanze.
Zuppe calde di cuori infranti,
ricetta di canti di voci morte
conosciuta
in una lontana vita passata.
Frammenti di fogli bruciati dal vento
l’hanno riportata al sottile bordo
della mente.
La consapevolezza
è così morbida
come velluto cremisi
al sole.
Ma io non riesco ad accettare
verità così brillanti
senza immergermi in un mondo
di farfalline dorate
per poi ritrovare il mio pugno
stretto intorno
al loro polveroso e rilucente corpo
e fuggire
sul dorso di nuvolosi draghi
scarlatti
senza mai voltarmi.
Così lento è il cambiamento…
Così lunga è l’attesa…
Proprio ora
Ma no
non questa volta
non ora
e non proprio così, come sempre è stato.
L’unica sfavillante certezza
è che così non sarà più.
Nessun estinguente tremito
potrà fermare
il roteante pendolo d’avorio bianco
che come una magnifica stella
guida il mio coraggio
verso ritrovati
fili d’erba
che profumano
nuove rotte
e uniscono destini
eternamente vicini.
