McKenzie has had a wonderful day! Picked her up early from school. She got her favorite "veggie delite" subway sandwich. Then off to the apple store to get her a new
I-pod, then a movie...Ironman (wasn't as good as the first), last but not least dinner at Carrabba's (her favorite). I think she might be a little spoiled. :*)
Ayer hizo un año desde que llegó Kirakishou a casa (bueno, realmente desde que la abrí porque se quedó una semana encerrada la pobre xD pero estaba perfecta incluso así). Kirakishou fue el primer modelo de pullip que me gustó, así que fijaos lo feliz que pude ser cuando conseguí traerla a casa! Desde entonces es una de mis niñas especiales. Espero poder cumplir muchos años más con la pullip de mis sueños <3

I've been testing out Canon's 50mm 1.4. I was thinking about getting the 1.2 version but it hardly seems worth it giving the already very decent image quality of the 1.4 and the significant price gap between the two.

The Courts is an early Georgian mansion built in the baroque style. It was described as newly-built in 1731 when it and adjacent dyehouse and workshops belonged to the clothier John Phelps. At the end of the 18th century a woollen cloth factory was built there, but all the industrial works were demolished a century later.
The Courts Gardens were initially designed by Dr [later Sir] George Hastings 1902-1905. Much of what can be seen today was planted by Major Clarence and Lady Cecilie Goff between 1921 and 1943, when he gave it and the house to the National Trust.
The village of Holt is a compact rectangular settlement set in an oddly shaped parish, with a ‘tail’ of land south of Forewoods Common, that includes Great Bradford Wood and Lady Down Farm. This seems to have come about because Holt was part of the ancient manor and parish of Bradford and when the urban boundaries of Bradford were defined as roughly circular, this area of land lay outside them and could only be given to Holt. The manor house of Holt lies to the north west of the village and has had no settlement associated with it since medieval times. The river Avon is in the south of the parish and forms part of the southern boundary while the Kennet and Avon canal passes through the southernmost part of the parish.

She is really looking like she was smiling! At leas I know that she is happy in the zoo. Actually, her life was saved from poachers and was brought into the zoo, she has an amputated hind paw because of a trap, she couldn't have lived in the wild anymore.
Our six month old son just can't get enough of bath time... I mean he's usually a happy baby, but bath time is just a riot.

Meet BlueBlue, the smallest and skinniest kitten I found 6 days ago crying under a parked car right next to the highway!!! She is such an intelligent and spunky little kitten, only holding still when sleeping..... or when she is all tired out from playing after eating!
..... which was precisely the lucky moment I snapped this shot for my Christmas card! (((-:
Today is my Dad's birthday - although his cake will have considerably more candles on it, I think this photo is appropriate as he is often accused of acting worse than the kids!

Hello my dear Flickr Friends! Wow I can't believe it has been a year since I have posted. I needed a refresher when I went to upload a photo!! I have thought about all of you a lot over the past year and really missed the inspiration you all provided me!!!
I have committed to another 52 week project!!! I am so excited to start taking more photos for me!!! That is my goal for 2014! I have missed carrying my camera around waiting to capture what unfolded in front of me!!
I think I will need a week to check out all your streams to see what you have been up to over the past year!! Can't wait to be inspired!!!!
