I am jumping a few weeks ahead, as I needed something special and had to edit this particular photo :)
So, this was taken on one of our very last Safari days at Katavi National Park, near Katavi Wildlife Camp.
While we know, Hippos are one of the most dangerous animals to humans on this planet, I still can't help thinking that on occasion, they are just so incredibly happy! :D I mean look at that smile as he prances over the lawn!
