A member of our County Cross Country Team with her gold medal, just a quick shot rather than a composed shot, but it fits the week 2 theme of happiness quiet well. It was taken very quickly and unfortunately I wasn't able to get her away from all the others she was stood with, it would have looked better without the cluttered background.
Þessar nýjustu tvær myndir "duttu" einhvern veginn bara upp úr mér. Ég byrjaði bara að mála og svo kom bara e-ð út! En ég er allavega ánægð með útkomuna! :) Mér tókst að skapa einhverjar verur, sem gætu allt eins verið geimverur, sem eru bara eitthvað svo einfaldar og hamingjusamar - eins og flestir myndu vilja vera!
Veit ekki málið með kindurnar, þær bara birtust þarna allt í einu, bleikar og hamingjusamar..
For the latest two pictures I just followed my muse. I started painting and something just came out! But I'm satisfied with it! :) I created some kind of creatures, who could be aliens, and are just so simple and happy - something I think everybody wished they could be!

Nina was practicing with a new lens and came up with this shot. This one makes me look like I'm on a late night talk show or something.
You can plan and plan photos all day long, You have your model subjects pose any way you want; and most likely it won't even compare to a candid. This is why I love photography. There are no rules.
