I don't usually post videos....but, this one of Hanoi's hectic night traffic is worth sharing! It's not the best as this is not my forte, but please enjoy! NB Watch the volume, it might be a little loud!

Pourquoi c'est penché ?
Parce que mon support n'était pas droit 😁
Et à mon âge, à main levée, c'est comme faire du vélo sur un chemin de fer. 😁
Motorcycles are the lifeblood of Vietnamese cities, dominating streets as the most common mode of transport. Affordable, fuel-efficient, and nimble, they navigate narrow alleys and dense traffic with ease. Motorcycles serve diverse roles—from daily commuting to delivering goods, showcasing their adaptability. Iconic scenes of entire families riding a single motorbike or stacked deliveries highlight their cultural and economic significance. They epitomize urban mobility in Vietnam’s bustling cities.
Today I want to share one of my favorite photos of my recent trip to Vietnam with you. And it's not a landscape photo ;-)
I took this photo in Old Quarter in Hanoi, while wandering around in the evening, looking for interesting subjects to photograph.
As I stumbled upon this scene I instantly knew that I had found something special for a few reasons.
First I could setup my tripod in the middle of one of the many street bars. Such a place which is right in the middle of it, yet provides enough space to setup a tripod is quite rare.
Then this scene contained everything that I find so characteristic about Hanoi. Old buildings, street bars with tiny chairs, a busy street, lots of details wherever you look and lots of colors.
Also, I have just released a new Vlog about photographing Hanoi.
Taking pictures in the small streets of Hanoi during early evening was amazing, completely different from what I could experience in Europe. Loved the city, loved the people, loved the feeling...
I have just arrived in Singapore and I'm very sleepy, but I couldn't resist to give a fast processing of, at least, to a couple of pics. I'll be back to Italy this week-end and I'll start the selection and processing of many more. I'll show them soon.. :-)
