One of our favorite things to do everywhere we go is get a good handstand shot. I personally can't imagine how hard it is to do a handstand let alone doing a handstand in the sand with the water pulling your hands away...but Jackie is good!

By way of a brief diversion from the trains ... here's the view from the threshold of an empty shop in Maryport Street in Devizes, Wiltshire. Monday 30th May 2016.
Looking through some old photos. Again. lol
I think this is one of the photos when I first looked at it I was like, "meh". Good thing I got the chance to revisit old photos and process this again. Turning it upside down and cropping it made the difference.
I attached a string to the cherry's stem and tied the string on a stick so that it would float in a huge cheese whiz jar.
Lighting was from a table lamp positioned on the jar's rim for brighter lighting..

I'm really not sure how to describe this - it's certainly not a handstand but I can't think of a better word.
Anyway - I love her mad hair.
Lighting info: Two Elinchrom heads in 80cm softboxes either side of Verity. The head to camera left is in front of the model and the head camera right behind. 580EX II camera left and behind model in the corner of the room. All triggered with RF-602 wireless triggers.
