This valve handle was lying on the ship’s keel alongside steelwork framing repair that was done a few years ago. It is likely that it fell when the surrounding torpedo blister was removed.

this is the door (the handle, more specifically) to the room where i slept for the first two weeks of my vacation in the us in july, 2023.

this is at my uncle's house, which was built in 1730. i might post some more pictures i took at that beautiful historical house.
