Sketching over printouts, printing out sketches, until it's all just right...

Commission for a lovely lady called Jane-Anne, who wanted this done as a 3rd Wedding Anniversary present for her Husband.

The lyrics are from an Avenged Sevenfold song (at her request), and the colours used were also at her request. (Well out of my comfort zone!) :)

Experimenting with masking fluid and watercolours for day 62 of 100 days of lettering.

Always I begin something new. At the moment I'm checking out dip nibs, ink, handlettering and all that stuff.

This Leipzig stamp is a phenomenon. It was stamped three days before the initial issue day. Don't understand how this could work.

Only I would buy a diary five months late. But that's ok. I pledge to schedule my time better, so that I don't end up stressed and frazzled like I've been this week.
