I have zero experience with the drivers of these vehicles but if they`re about enforcement then i`d think they wouldn`t be handicapped. I unfortunately didn`t have time to wait for whoever was driving this vehicle to come out of 7-11 for a straight up shot and didn`t look into the windshield either for proof of any type of disability.

Pulaski is famous for its Polka Days celebration. You know Polka Days is around the corner when the Village begins repainting all of the parking spaces and roads. As a child I was always fascinated with how blue the handicapped logo was.
It's been over a year now that my Dad has been parking in handicapped spaces. He refused to use it at first, then only used it when he was really tired. Then he hurt his back and neck, and now he uses it all the time.

I like these signs in the buses and subways that show you who you should give up your seat to. Particularly the little Isotype guy with the mini-me growing out of his chest.

I found three versions of this photo in my outtakes folder this morning--this image, and two crops to show closeups of that stained glass window (one in color, one in monochrome).
The partial Methodist cross at the top of the photo's pretty obvious. Less obvious in this image is the cross in the window's center.
