You shouldn't cause this man is a very fine gentle man and it is most pleasant and refreshing to sit down and talk with him, soon you will feel that he doesn't have any hidden handicap at all and you forget his physical deformations by polio.
In the mean he passed away at the age of 42,
his name was Selvam .....

Some days I feel like this. It was also interesting to me that less than a block away was another marker with a different design.
In the parking lot of a Denny's this marker was different from one at a mini-mall next door. I wonder how many variations there actually are.
I have zero experience with the drivers of these vehicles but if they`re about enforcement then i`d think they wouldn`t be handicapped. I unfortunately didn`t have time to wait for whoever was driving this vehicle to come out of 7-11 for a straight up shot and didn`t look into the windshield either for proof of any type of disability.
