This fuse box is in the hackerspace and there has been some discussion over whether or not it is three or single phase.

From my googling, I am inclined to believe it is 240V single phase with Black // Red as two hot lines, white as neutral and green as the ground.

Three phase is supposed to have 3 hot lines, 1 neutral, and 1 ground.

Ground is always supposed to be green and neutral is always supposed to be white.
