Just picked up the new H&Y Magnetic Filter Holder for the M.Zuiko 7-14mm F2.8 from PhotoSphere.Sg in Singapore. This product is so simple, you wondered why nobody has ever done this before.
The holder is all metallic and fit perfectly to the lens by using a clamp with foam gasket around and in the front, there are four teeth that will go into the petal lens hood of the lens.
If you already have a 100mm filter system, you can use your existing filters by just putting the magnetic frame around your filters.
To use the filter you just put it onto the holder. Technically, you can stack as many filters as you want, however, for the 7-14mm I was able to use it up to 3 filters without any vignette. Furthermore, when you are using a graduated filter you can turn the filter up to about 40º and still not get any vignette.
“I choose to live and to
Grow, take and give and to
Move, learn and love and to
Cry, kill and die and to
Be paranoid and to
Lie, hate and fear and to
Do what it takes to move through.
I choose to live and to
Lie, kill and give and to
Die, learn and love and to
Do what it takes to step through.”
I was a girl, but then I’ve changed. I no longer can spare a spider's life on a typical week day. I’m a 50 stories tall monster who smokes to blur the time and space.
“When I grow up I want to be a violent psychopath”, a slumber memory echoed from the dark. Half here and half there, endlessly swinging in the oscillation between 2 worlds, she stares with tearless death-ray eyes. A shape to make corpses open their graves and she was dead set to give him rigor mortis by midnight. With her half warm and half cold touch, absentmindedly, she pats her similar to church clothes and her knife. On the disturbing other hand she wanted to become a dancer. She was not delicate, but by God, she was vast. And she was fast, running to grab a taxi and catch a miracle. She needed it to step out of this nightmare. Her half full and half empty heart finally vibrates a sound: “Halloween me Home. Forty-Six & 2 ”, she said, freezing the air behind.
Ok, I’m gonna shut up and go do something dysfunctional…
(from here on read at your own risk though)
Ænima (Anima, i.e. Soul + Enema, i.e. injection meant to clean) is the third major-label and second full-length studio album by American progressive metal band Tool. It was released in vinyl format on September 17, 1996, and in compact disc format on October 1, 1996, through Zoo Entertainment.(Wikipedia)
20 years later, Here is H. by Tool: youtu.be/5EXeIAyWr0k - MJK’s gift to the world of music - with its strong lyrics, based largely upon Jung’s teaching basically saying that it’s up to you.
Forming a connection with your unconscious self is one of the most difficult and rewarding steps in psychological growth. Changes make us grow and 1 major change is when we become parents (keeping it positive on a dark note, cuz as Jung teaches, the self and our shadows are in opposition). Anima facing animus, the irrational vs. the rational, the unconscious feminine component of men facing the unconscious masculine component of women. The purpose is to acknowledge both, trying to unify them into SELF. When we ignore the anima/animus, it starts to project onto others, which explains love at first sight (+) as well as bad choices in partners (-). Strongly identifying with one side leads to destruction through intoxication and violence.
(+) Maybe this is why i like men who ballet and tomboys.
(-) Maybe this is why i hate drugs. And more precisely alcohol.
Jung failed treating a certain Rowland H. of alcoholism, recommended him a spiritual experience, he said that occasionally it helped. This is a topic i abhor and i’m slowly motivating myself to approach it in one of those theme pictures. Maybe having kids gets you out of darkness.
Also if you are one of those who believes boys don’t cry, then i believe i should run. TAXIIII!

I'm fast becoming the king of repetitive redundancy with these shots from Imperial, that I keep taking at Imperial. It gets repetitious and redundant for sure. To celebrate the redundant repetition of shots I do over and over here, taken from Imperial, repeatedly from this place, here is H GALMEM9 15A, with a repetitively redundant set of orange decorated locomotives showcasing the finest in corporate sterility. What a waste of film, or zeros and ones, really.
