This is the only extant photo of me and my Guild F-312. I didn't remember that it had no fretmarkers. This one I bought new in 1972; it was a "factory second." It was stolen out of my car in 1985. My F-512 is its replacement. Man, somebody should have told me to change those pants!
St John the Baptist, Felixstowe, Suffolk
The finest late 19th Century church in Suffolk, one of the last works of Arthur Blomfield in the 1890s. The church was open daily before covid and is open daily now.

a friend and i made a quick stop at the guild inn the other day. we had a quick pause in the rain to grab a few shots, but not many. here's the base of a column from an early toronto bank - the site is currently administered by the city (parks and culture) and work seems to be progressing at a glacier's pace. the ruins are lovely, though.
