Taken on the Chobe River, Namibia using the 100-400mk2 in morning light. There were around 50 hippo playing in the water.

Until recently our Blue Jays have been very non aggressive, but this one is becoming very aggressive.
The swans at Dunham continue to sit on their nest but it is now getting very late and looks rather unlikely that they will have any cygnets this year. When it's not his turn to sit, Clyde keeps the pool clear of any "intruders" - I know he has killed at least one duckling and baby coot, possibly more.

So this is the outfit that started yesterdays outfit changes.
I picked the skirt up for fiver from a charity shop, It hasn't really got the shape i wanted but it does have pocket so i am not upset at all.
And then we get to hat that has a large number of feather that a grumpy bald bird used to own. Or is the grumpy bald bird soon to be me !!!
I often see this Great Blue Heron, but he is wary of humans and rarely gives me a shot. He does always give me a scolding when he flies. Our beautiful world, pass it on.
