John Jarvis Longyear krooked grinding a ledge that we found, rub bricked, enameled, and waxed. We even cut down a tree branch in the way just to be able to skate it.

I went today with my good friend Tejas Kantharia to try to get pictures of Skaters and they allowed us to capture the moment over and over. I can´t be more grateful for this awesome experience and amazed about their tricks with the skate.
I took it at Metrotown, Bonsor Skatepark
Freezing snowstorms with icy rain here in England.

The small village of West Cornwall is split down the middle by the Housatonic Railroad. Basically running though peoples front yards and driveways. The train has just passed the former West Cornwall Station which is slightly out of view around the curve. Today the station is a private residence.

It's an uphill climb out of the valley of Conneaut Creek for CN trains on the Bessemer Subdivision. The image was made from the U.S. 20 bridge in Conneaut, Ohio. (Scanned from a slide)
Orion rolling onto the coping on the J wall. Shot using two Flashpoint eVolve 200s and a R2 trigger. One flash at the fence to the left in line with the wall (1/4 power) and one near my position perpendicular to the wall and farther away (1/2 power).
Grinding develops balance, dexterity, and boldness. It should be taught in P.E. class.

A Loram Railgrinder heads west down the Matteson, IL shooting out smoke and sparks it is grinds away at the rail. Near the rear is what appears to be a former bilevel coach combined into a crew car.

These lads put up a good fight agains the concrete of Yatap Station. I was tempted to throw in the towel as focus was hard to come by, but I didn't have the requisite 5000 yen for a latte. Time to shoot.

Few photographs are seen of the Speno rail grinding trains which toured the network in the late 1970s to mid 1980s, and those that I’ve seen are at least a year of two later than this.
The 5 section train was built in Switzerland and used for reprofiling rails using several grinding wheels. There were two of them on hire to BR which toured the country, but unusually the Swiss / Italian crew who operated these lived on board the train and it was therefore stabled somewhere near a supply of water and some shops.
It is seen here parked in Kirkcaldy goods yard on 15th September 1977.
I love it when the morning sunlight comes streaming to my kitchen ...it creates a certain glow on my much loved Mortar and Pestle ...my trusty aide in the kitchen that i managed to bring all the way from Kerala....
The pair weighs nothing less 4.5kgs together...but it is one of the most beautiful gadgets in my kitchen.
