A Weekend of Bike Polo at Casa de Angelopes

I decided to go to the only skatepark in Amarillo that's worth while. I got some shots that were worth while too.

 

This guy was practicing his grind so i waited for the right moment again when he decided to come back.

Grinding it down and making it ready for new glass. Taking off the old broken glass.

Cloud Cuckoo Land are taking their robot musical Bleep 'n' Grind to Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2006.

Some skater performing smith grind on a 50cm height rail. Done clean. Taken during annual event "Tebūnie naktis!" at a "Kablys" ("The Hook") skatepark opening jam.

At Bonneyville Mill Park they have an old mill with all of its cogs and wheels and such. Outside around the property, they have this old grinding wheel. I have always found the design of these wheels interesting and beautiful. Like a stone flower that holds the stories of hundreds of families as it tiredly grinds their work into food. I had to stop and capture it against the green grass.
