On the island, grilling vegetables; tomatoes, paprika, pineapple, onions and fish,salmon.
We found this grill on another island years ago, it is a brilliant design, made in U.S.
Now we use it sometimes.

This is the second time that Leslie Anne decided to try catfish grilled outside along with the usual veggies and cornbread. She chose an excellent white wine to go with the fish. Her lovely black dress almost looks navy blue when the light hits it a certain way.
As soon as the weather was warm and dry enough to cook outside, we grilled some salmon, eggplant, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Leslie Anne is showing off a lovely blue dress.
Greek-born William George Chippas (1900-1960) opened the Alamo Grill on 14th Street just south of Thomas Circle in 1939.
Grilled frozen chicken breasts,basted with lysander's chicken rub dissolved in olive oil,lemon juice, and beer.
My girlfriend loves new gadgets. This one is a little basket for cooking small items on her outside gas grill. She loads the veggies into the basket and places it onto the grill. When it comes time to turn over the veggies, we simply flip it over rather than having to turn each item over individually. Leslie Anne is showing off the cooked sugar snap peas and mushrooms as well as her sexy, new LBD.
The large grill room took sometime getting too! When we arrived, the sky was cloud covered! we decided to grab our pics, and head for the outflow, since the ladder was locked from above!.. always remember the urban exploration motto, No Drains When It Rains!

Trying some higher ISO / Shutter speed combinations, and our small charcoal grill makes for some good target practice :)
Dinner in a local seafood restaurant located along the Jimbaran beach. We have grilled red snapper, grilled squid, deep-fried squid, grilled mussels, grilled potatoes, chicken satay, vegetable, seafood soup and, of course, bottles of Heineken beer. Oh that's a beautiful dinner!
