Griff the Drake bulldog made a visit to Monroe Elementary School to visit with the little huskies on Thursday, October 24th. Monroe is just one of the many stops this month for Griff’s literacy tour, so he was a bit tired from all of his travels. Dressed up as The Lorax, Griff and his faithful Drake companions read The Lorax to kindergarten and 1st grade classes before receiving a few scratches and pets. This is Griff. He is a cameraman, filmmaker, and an old friend of Other Heroes co-curator John Jennings. When Other Heroes: The Movie comes out, he will be the man responsible.
