Griff the Drake bulldog made a visit to Monroe Elementary School to visit with the little huskies on Thursday, October 24th. Monroe is just one of the many stops this month for Griff’s literacy tour, so he was a bit tired from all of his travels. Dressed up as The Lorax, Griff and his faithful Drake companions read The Lorax to kindergarten and 1st grade classes before receiving a few scratches and pets. Oh my god, I'm so good at this photography lark. See, it's my alka seltzer, slightly off centre, indicating my state, and it's literally in a goal - which last night was to manufacture a hang over. So many levels...
Well, hang over wise, mission accomplished!!
