A sad sight, beautiful old home going through phases of demolition (now fully complete). I passed this hose so much on Dominion Road Extension, admiring its large front window an extremely tidy appearance. This happening all over the city, in many cases to very nice existing homes making way for ugly new ones :(

Relaxing and taking a break from my day motorcycle ride at La Playa on Vashon Island, WA. I grabbed an empty seat at La Playa's outdoor deck, reviewed my map of Vashon and watched the ferries come and go between W. Seattle and Vashon. Perfect, grey day to relax drinking a Dos Equis and texting the wife what she was missing while in work.

Storm clouds begin to move into the backyard at the apartment complex where my wife and I reside.

I took this shot looking out the window just as the rainstorm was subsiding & the sun was beginning to set. Looking out onto Lebreton Flats where you could see the Gatineau Hills on the bottom right. I really liked the effect of the clouds & window splattered with raindrops! (Best viewed large)
