Enjoy this photo of Earth Day Mill Valley, our free community event at the Mill Valley Community Center on Sunday, April 21, 2024, from 11am to 2pm.
Earth Day Mill Valley featured fun activities for all ages, climate action exhibits, art. music -- and free ice cream! Over 50 green booths engaged visitors to help build a more just and sustainable world. Participants learned to live sustainably, use clean energy and transportation, green up their homes and gardens, eat healthy food, protect nature, and build resilient communities.
Thanks to all our photographers and videographers who took these pictures of our event! They include: Stuart Bass, Fabrice Florin, Sofia Fernandez Hernandez, Daniel Jacob, Kevin Morrison and Michael Wanger. Their images were edited by Green Change director Fabrice Florin, to help give a sense of what our event was like, as well as promote the work of our partners, and the many climate actions presented at the event.
Kudos to our partners at Mill Valley Recreation for organizing this great event – and to our Green Change team and volunteers for supporting our work and hosting our Climate Action Center. Special thanks to our exhibit sponsors, including the County of Marin, Good Earth, MCE and Marin Community Foundation.
We hope they will inspire you to take action in your own life to protect our future and build a more just and sustainable world. See you next year!

We presented our popular Climate Action Center, featuring our Earth Bike, Green Pledges, Action Guides, and fun games for all ages: Anytown USA, Climate Jenga, Stop Drop & Roll and Human Triangle.
These playful activities helped participants learn about sustainable living, clean energy, electric vehicles, green homes, healthy food, and resilient communities. Some of our visitors pledged to take climate action this year -- and had their photo taken in front of our big earth globe.
Our Green Change exhibit was hosted by Fabrice Florin, Al Grumet, Michelle Sixta, Daniel Jacob, Anne-Christine Strugnell and Gianni La Carruba, with support from Angela Cortese, Phyllis Florin, and Freddy Hahne. Photographers Fabrice Florin, Daniel Jacob, Richard Jett and Elizabeth Ochoa took our exhibit photos and videos, which were edited by Fabrice. Our Climate Action Center is sponsored by the County of Marin, MCE, and the Marin Community Foundation.
Eco Evolution was organized by our partners Monica Finnegan, Shiva Pakdel and Louis Briones at the Sausalito Center for the Arts, with support from Bryan Vitale at the City of Sausalito. This event series took place from May 16 to June 9 and brought together environmental artists including our friends Tess Felix, Zoe Fry and Isabella Kirkland, as well as authors, filmmakers and game changers, in a collaborative effort to spark awareness about climate change.
Kudos to all our partners, artists, volunteers and friends for making these exhibits possible and for inspiring people to take climate action!

Enjoy this photo of Green Change and friends at the Fairfax Festival & Ecofest 2025. We presented our Earth Bike in the parade for thousands of visitors – and our Green Change Exhibit at the EcoFest, for hundreds of participants of all ages.
Our playful activities helped visitors learn about sustainable living, clean energy, electric vehicles, green homes, healthy food, and resilient communities. Dozens of participants pledged to take climate action this year -- and had their photo taken in front of our big earth globe.
Kudos to our Green Change team for hosting our activities: Fabrice Florin, Tom Flynn and Bridget Mazzini, with logistical support by Phyllis Florin and Richard Mazzini. Photos and videos of this event were shot by Fabrice, Bridget, George Osner, Dean Boen, Brian Hunwick, Marcy Santana, and Kristy Thomson – and edited by Fabrice..
Our traveling exhibit is sponsored by the County of Marin, MCE, and the Marin Community Foundation. We’re also grateful to the Fairfax Festival & Ecofest organizers, including Larry and Holly Bragman and Merrell Maschino, for hosting us again this year. Also featured in this album are our climate action partners: Sustainable Marin, 350 Marin, Resilient Neighborhoods, Fairfax Climate Action Committee, and the San Anselmo Climate Action Commission.
Many thanks to all our volunteers, partners, sponsors and friends for making this exhibit possible, so we could inspire more people to take climate action!
