I'm missing India.. and hadn't put up any pictures from there lately, so yeah..

=))

Who can figure out the title of the shot? It's really not all that complex =)

So guess what? Papa Ji's going to India in September - and won't take me. It's my cousin's wedding, and we're both begging our parents to let me go.. it's the first wedding taking place in my family since I FINALLY got my greencard, and I can't go! And it's the only other girl from my paternal family.. this really sucks. *pout* He won't let me go {well, neither will mum} because I'd miss Fall semester.. but I tried to convince him by saying missing a semester of school isn't like missing school during H.S. and I could just take an extra semester later and then transfer a semester late, but RAWR !!

*pouttt*

First-Lady Melania Trump, nee Knavs, goes back to her native land for a little bargain hunting in downtown Sevnica.

She brought some of her local close relatives along for the occasion

He was with his father to visit Tashkent . They are originally Uzbek people who live in Paris,France. They came Uzbekistan to see their relatives and prepare some documents for living in the US(they won GREENCARD) . When his dad saw my camera he asked me to do some funny shots of his tired son after long walking 🚶. And at the end , he loved the result of my work 😎

It is so good added to seltzer water. Pure heaven.

ds106 assignment: A dream staircase. (tdc.ds106.us/tdc1163/)

Draw a staircase, and think about your biggest dream.Draw it at the top of the staircase and then fill each step with the “steps” you’d have to take to make your biggest dream a reality.

My dream is/was being employed as a visual artist like game artists or concept artists. The staircase shows that I have great prerequisites, but at the end of the staircase I find/found myself unlucky, without any help, greencard, right citizenship or the right age. I have asked for help but got the same answer anywhere: if I were younger or male they would consider helping me because the industry really seeks young or male visual artists. They did not even try concealing the inherent discrimination in this. They may have thought I should be ashamed not them.

Now I feel burned out following my dreams. Next week I start working as a data entry clerk, which all the world finds appropriate for a great artist, engineer, project manager, programmer ... just because all this is placed within an elder woman.

I need the money.

22 Million people, spread across six states and two territories.

Every one of them, save for the Northern Territory, offers a stored value transit card.

Of the seven that do, each of them uses similar technology, and some states even use the same platform and systems for their smart fare systems (Perth's SmartRider and the ACT's MyWay, who both use the Parkeon platform across the network, and Melbourne who use a Parkeon-based console for the Bus network).

Based on 2012 statistics from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, only 1.7 Million Australians over the age of 18 years frequently use public transport as part of their daily commute.

Why, in a nation of 22 Million people, are we duplicating the same infrastructure seven times over, for the exact same thing?

Why, in a nation of this size, does someone who visits each state once a year, have to have seven different stored value cards for the same essential purpose - paying for public transport?

Our state governments and transit organisations need to bury the pretence of what works best for them. It needs to be a case of what works best for the taxpayer - the removal of duplication and barriers to inter-operability to increase consumer efficiency and reduce costs.

It's the reason why Sydney's system still is incomplete and barely covers 1/4th of their network, some 17 years after they first set out to implement and botched it, and why Melbourne's Myki system is a shambles and widely disliked by the commuting public. None of them had the guts to collaborate, learn the lessons from each other, and replicate and build upon the success of proven technologies and platforms. Most of them went it alone.

Oh, and Melbourne and Sydney's systems went through a few rounds of lawsuits because of how badly run and over budget the implementations were. But i'll leave you to find all the articles and missives from the commentariat on that.

You have to hand it to Western Australia, who in some parts saw around corners in the 90's when they upgraded their paper-based ticketing system to a platform from Wayfarer (now Parkeon) that would provide them an ease of upgrade when the time came for smart ticketing - it's why that state was the first to have such a service.

There is no reason why the seven state transit organisations couldn't get together, make very minor adjustments to their equipment and technology - so that someone in Perth could use the same card to travel on a train in Sydney one day, a bus in Canberra the next, and the airport train when they go to Brisbane that next weekend. All it needs is a central 'clearing house', that acts like the reserve bank or a payment processor - calling on money from the home state's ledger, and settling that to the ledger and accounts of the state(s) which the card is used in on a daily basis.

Yet, inefficiency, bureaucracy, and a lack of cooperation have got us to where we are today. Common sense might some day get us to where it should be - one card, with one e-purse, that allows you to travel the public transport networks across seven cities.

Bridge Gallery !

"GreenCard Energy Drink, made by Z CORP, markets its energy beverage to illegal immigrants on their way to the U.S. It claims that it will give energy to those looking to cross the border and potentially outrun U.S. Border Patrol.

'It's a fact,' that people illegally cross the border, president and CEO of Z CORP, Jeff Weiss, told CSNews Online. 'If they are going to come to the U.S., I don't want them dying in the desert, I'd rather have them hydrated.'"

The question is: Is Arizona a state in the United States of America or is there some confusion in the Mexican government that this sovreign state is somehow still a possession of Mexico? When both the President of Mexico and the President of the United States lock hands and embrace the other over the state of Arizona's right to protect its citizens from criminals, illegal aliens, drug dealers and gangsters sneaking into the state to harm the legal residents of Arizona, then the citizens of Arizona need to remember who helped them in their time of emergency. It is not the Federal government, that is for certain. If there is one state that will be almost unanimously Republican, it should be Arizona in both upcoming elections. When the federal government will not help the citizens, what are the citizens to do?

___________________________________________________________________

Selective immigration needs to be instituted. Some of our immigration laws should parallel those of Mexico. Citizenship should not be a blanket-style. Also, no voting privileges should be granted until they have been in a transitional state of pre-citizenship status for eight years from time citizenship is applied for and verified by a federal stamp on the VISA or Green cards.

Female genital mutilation (FGM) is internationally recognized as a violation of the human rights of females. It is practiced throughout the world, particularly in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. The reasons for its practice differ, but it could be for cultural, religious, tradition and custom, hygiene, or control over women sexuality, reasons. Many women do not know that they may be eligible to file for asylum based on FGM or circumcision grounds. They know about FGM, are aware that it is practiced in their native country or tribe, are worried or scared that it may be done to them if they return to their native country, yet do not know that they can do something about it. They can be on their way to having a Green Card based on those fears, all in less than a year, and without paying USCIS any fees ! (Compare with a marriage petition that has fees of $1,010 or more).

Whether you are currently illegal or still maintain legal status, you may apply for asylum based on FGM if it is applicable to you. Filing an application for asylum is not a daunting task by any means. You do not need to pay thousands of dollars to an attorney to prepare what you can quite easily do yourself. I have heard of attorneys who charge $5,000 to $7,500 to prepare an asylum application ! This DO ‐ IT ‐ YOURSELF ‐ ASYLUM kit is intended to assist you in understanding the asylum process (and specifically filing based on female genital mutilation (FGM) grounds), prepare you to file for asylum, file the asylum application, and what to expect after filing.

This kit holds your hand and walks with you every step of the way in preparing and filing your application. The kit includes a completed sample application for asylum which you may compare with yours. The kit includes information on what to expect after your petition is filed. Lastly, as (Memorandum

of Points and Authorities) which you enclose with your application. An added bonus is how to get free money and assistance once your petition is approved.

This author also has DO ‐ IT ‐ YOURSELF ‐ KITS for virtually all types of USCIS petitions, whether family marriage) based, employer based, or other. Also 4 available are Kits for asylum based applications based on sexual orientation and political grounds.
