And down the rabbit hole we go - A hidden passage leads from one installation to this little room where everything is in grayscale, and things are a bit, well, off. That clock, for example, ticks backwards. I loved it.

This picture is actually in full colour.

A new 24" x 24" piece which is just about complete. I put it in grayscale to get an idea of what needed to be done to make it work. Just a couple tweaks here and there as far as I can tell. I'll post the color version in a couple weeks, after the pros deal with it.

Using a √ rectangle, we had to create a complex pattern and then draw it in Illustrator. We also could not use grayscale fills, so all that appears gray is really just more small pattern.

This helped me to discover I have a new pattern making hobby.
