The colors on this image looked like crap (quite literally, mostly different shades of brown) so i thought this might work better in grayscale.

I was out with a target to obtain an aesthetic sunset shot, however, thanks to the German love of tree lines I simply couldn’t what I was hoping to achieve, feeing suitably frustrated I happened down nearby a railway line and saw these withered relics of Summer’s plants, now having succumbed to the harsher winter climate, against the now darkening backdrop I dusted off the Raynox and hit this. So, it was one of those moments when one focuses on achieving one thing but got something else entirely.

On my local golf course (Douglas Park). Taken with my Olympus OM-2SP, loaded with out of date Fujicolor C200 film.
At the same time, my daughter took a similar image on the
Nikon D7500, which has much better tonal reproduction.
Both images were converted to grayscale as the odd patches of green grass just looked odd.

Masks are a wonderful thing. This is a Korean folk theatre mask. But geography does not matter here. Manipulation of the electorate happens almost everywhere. Even in self-declared beacons of democracy such as the US and the UK. In particular there, at the moment. Promoting populist policies in the interest of the few are shady and non-elected political advisers. They are hiding behind the mask of the elected government. But they are looking at you.
