Same pipe, a little further down. Radtke's blob on the center of the post created a gray "frame" which an amateur used to place his tag. It also marked out two spaces on either side which were filled with smaller works.

a good Samaritan who apparently has a heart, unlike the person who painted over it, rescued it by scraping off the cheap and tacky grey paint by which this least talented tagger is known to destroy our city with.

We were watching the male and female Northern Harriers interacting in air. A Golden Eagle appeared and landed near where they were flying. The male was dive bombing this eagle. It was awesome.
