7/6/18 GRAY GHOST, I believe that this is a young male Northern Harrier. There is a big, beautiful brown female that courses through the area of UX-01 (Unexploded ordinance). This could be her offspring.

An hour and a half after sunrise and much heavier fog than I had expected. I don't think I've ever seen a male Northern Harrier perched for so long, fluffed up against the cold. Took me a while to wrap my brain around the ID.
Here we see the futility of Fred Radtke's life. Compare the Can/Cer/Carl to Radtke's gray blobs. The tag, while clearly the work of a toy, (someone new and still finding their talent in writing,) still blends in and enhances the drain pipe. Radtke's blob, however, sticks out like a cancerous tumour and actually does nothing to deter writers, hence the half dozen who tagged this pipe after Fred left. (More in the next photo.)

12 years 7months His age is catching up with him. He has lived the last 2 1/2 years as a diabetic. An insulin shot in the morning and in the evening. But with help from his great Vet. this is very much under control.
He is just a great dog...
