Composition of three different pictures, two of which included a 430ex and 285HV.
Strobist: For the "floating model" picture, I had the camera directly overhead with a 430ex shooting through a white umbrella very close to the camera, also shooting down. I had a 285HV about 60 degrees to camera right bouncing off the ceiling.
For the shot of the room with the background stand, I had the same two flashes firing in the direction of the background stand, as can be seen in the picture.

Dancersend Lane, a 'gravity hill' near Tring, in Hertfordshire, where the landscape deceives the eye into thinking a gradient goes the other way. This cyclist is freewheeling, even though he appears to be going uphill.

On 19 February 2020, the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Court (« ICC » or « Court ») delivered its judgment unanimously rejecting the appeal of Mr Al Hassan Ag Abdoul Aziz Ag Mohamed Ag Mahmoud and consequently confirming Pre-Trial Chamber I’s decision of 27 September 2019, which had considered that the case against Mr Al Hassan is of sufficient gravity to justify further action by the Court. Judge Luz del Carmen Ibáñez Carranza, presiding in this appeal, read a summary of the judgment in open court.

back from barcelona. the trip was brilliant. even despite the fact that my film camera was stolen (watch your back folks) the city is outstanding.
now the heat is gone, cold is coming. its upload time.
It is said that If you could control gravity or inertial forces, you would have a propulsion breakthrough. I think that we have successfully harnessed those forces. The scientific paper will be published shortly describing our results.
I thank the brakeman who curbed that force in the nick of time to save the photographer from grievous harm!
This photo was taken by a Zenza Bronica S2 medium format film camera and Nikkor-H 1:3.5 f=5 cm lens with a Hoya HMC 82mm Y [K2] filter using Ilford Delta 400 Pro film, the negative scanned by an Epson Perfection V600 and digitally rendered with Photoshop
Leaving Las Vegas in 8 hours. The people who work in the casinos who don’t interact with the customers are amazing to watch. They all dress in dark colors and blend in with the background. They are all business. I counted nine cameras over one cashier. That is scrutiny. So when people are being viewed from nine angles apparently they put their heads down and look busy. Me and every other tourist were documenting the documenting, taking pictures at every corner. Wonder what the collage would look like of all the photos taken in a casino in one night: packs of 21 year old girls short, tight cocktail dresses/4” stilettos matching like they are the bridesmaids in a seriously slutty wedding) walking 5 abreast like the cast of Reservoir Dogs; professional poker players grinding away for their $300 mark before they go home to pay rent; scooters carrying the infirm to the slots; couples finally having a place to wear their nice clothes and looking uncomfortable in them–others looking very cool and comfortable like the finest of human physical specimens; mothers/fathers herding kiddos through the craziest bazaar of humans ever–their little eyes like saucers; businessmen sidling up to bars, tables, waitresses; the endless stream of people all dutifully throwing money into the maw that turns it into magic fertilizer that when poured on the desert turns sand into 60 floor hotels and brings running water where there should be none. Kind of like a miracle, like defying gravity, only different.

Gravity Pillar at the Belur temple is standing on its own weight only on 3 sides and from the 4th side one can pass a piece of paper. I tried getting a close up and the gap wherein you test sliding the piece of paper, but because of rain was not able to shoot.
