This is a detail of one of the craziest parts of the trip. We pointed out to Jack that he had an oil spill and he had us mop up the oil and swab his deck for him. The whole time we drifted aimlessly in circles. After we got his mess cleaned up he took off in the wrong direction and he ran for over a mile before he realized it.

Here's a Course I created on Garmin Connect and downloaded to my Garmin 310XT. I thought if I ran with the watch following the Course my track would do the same, not wandering off with an errant GPS signal. I was wrong, as you can see. Surely it should follow the track as my watch tells me to, and clearly knows I am.
We motored most of the way around Stanley park, then did a short sailing round and anchored. Then we dropped off Garry & Renata at the dock and headed out to watch the fireworks from the second anchorage.
